"Mythmaker"
Mythmaker represents the idea of creating or unfolding our own myth. We often have the sense of being able to “read” someone’s life experience based on their body language. She is weaving the stories of her life which spiral around her. The words are composed as “reverse poems” representing how we can re-write the stories we have told ourselves or that others have told us about ourselves. One poem read forward is “I have nothing to say and I will not lie to myself by saying • My Voice Matters • ”. Read backwards it is transformed to read "• My Voice Matters • And I will not lie to myself by saying I have nothing to say.”
